I Killed Gordan

Yesterday my wife told me Gordan died and that it was all my fault. I didn't believe it at first, but it's true.

Gordan is the name given to our 10 cent fish that was suppose to reward our toddler son for being a good older brother to our newborn daughter. Ironically, the name was given to Gordan after he died.

So it appears when I changed the water, I did it incorrectly. I'm suppose to just change out 20% of it and to also use bottled water. I changed 100% of the water and used faucet water. Ok, my mistake. I'll know for next time. The good news is that my son doesn't care at all about the fish. He seems to only like fish in fish tanks/aquariums.

Free Bread for Today

There's free bread for a year at Boudin's grand opening in Cupertino if you're the first 100 in line tomorrow. That's not gonna happen for me.

But today at Sunnyvale's Boudin, they couldn't find where I was sitting for awhile. My lunch wasn't delivered until 10 minutes after my coworkers got there's.

So as a nice gesture, they hooked me up with free french bread.

Philz Coffee at a Wedding

Apparently, Philz does weddings and other venues/private events as well. I'm impressed.
