Ordered the Millennium Falcon Lego set from Toys R Us online recently, but when I received it the item looked like this. Strangely enough, the box this came in wasn't dented at all. So I called TRU customer support and they refunded me $20. At first they offered a $20 future coupon code for my troubles but I told her that was quite lame. So I got $20 refunded, so I'm satisfied. But of course I'll take care of this smashed up item as well. It's a tactic we use quite a lot actually. But details won't be mentioned here.
